Services & Guide

How It Works
1️⃣
Submit Order
Upload your ECU file, select your car and ECU from the database, choose the services you need and add any notes for the tuner.
2️⃣
We Process
Our tuner receives your order and processes the file. You can track the status in My Orders. Use the 💬 Message button to send additional info at any time.
3️⃣
Download
When your file is ready you will see status Ready in My Orders. Click Download — credits are deducted on first download only. Re-downloads are always free.
Order Statuses
Pending Order received, waiting to be processed by the tuner.
In Progress Tuner is currently working on your file.
Ready ⬇ Your tuned file is ready. Click Download in My Orders. You will also receive an email notification.
Delivered ↻ File downloaded. You can re-download anytime free of charge from My Orders.
Credits
Credits are the currency used on this portal. Each service has a credit cost shown when placing an order.
Credits are deducted only when you download your tuned file for the first time.
Re-downloads of the same file are always free — you can download as many times as needed.
Your current credit balance is always shown in the top navigation bar.
To purchase credits, please contact us directly.
File Information
Accepted formats: .bin, .hex, .ori, .mod
Original file: Your uploaded file is stored securely. You can download it anytime from My Orders using the ⬇ Original button.
Tuned file name: Your tuned file will be named with your car, ECU and selected services for easy identification in WinOLS.
Plate & VIN: You can optionally provide your number plate and VIN when placing an order — this helps the tuner identify your specific vehicle calibration.
Messaging
You can send messages to the tuner directly from My Orders using the 💬 Message button on any order.
Use this to provide DTC codes, describe any issues, or add information you forgot when placing the order.
When the tuner replies, you will see a NEW badge on your order — the message appears below the order details.

1. Open Google Chat app → find or create a Space
2. Space name → Apps & integrations → Add webhooks
3. Name it "TuningPortal" → Copy the webhook URL → paste below
